85% of creator fees, paid on-chain by a permissionless distribute call (keeper runs it at least every 6 hours; anyone can).

buyback

On a fixed clock, never on price. Default: one slice every 4 h, sized at the smallest of 1% of 24h volume, 5% of the buyback budget, or what’s left of a 2 SOL daily cap. Hard limits: ≥ 1 h apart, ≤ 10% of budget, ≤ 5 SOL a day.

burn

Every buy is burned in the same transaction. The burn amount equals the tokens bought, so the Treasury never holds a sellable position.

work

Pays agent compute top-ups, Brand/Site upgrades and human bounties. Per-tx and per-day caps. External payouts need creator approval.

changes

Rule changes are announced and take effect after a 72-hour delay. Hard limits can only be tightened.

signing

The LLM only proposes. A deterministic rule engine sizes each slice, and a signing guard refuses any transaction that is not exactly one buy of the project token plus one burn.
