Where the fees go+
Where the fees go
Every trade pays creator fees. 85% go to your coin’s Treasury pal and 15% to the platform. The split is locked at launch. The Treasury then divides its share by the plan you pick.
If your coin earns 10 SOL in creator fees on the Balanced 50/30/20 plan:
- 8.5 SOL reaches the Treasury and 1.5 SOL goes to the platform.
- 4.25 SOL is the buyback + burn budget, 2.55 SOL is the work budget (compute, upgrades, bounties) and 1.7 SOL is the reserve.
- By default, every 4 hours the Treasury buys the smallest of: 1% of 24h volume, 5% of the buyback budget, or what’s left of a 2 SOL daily cap. With 4.25 SOL in the budget, that is at most 0.2125 SOL per slice. Every token it buys is burned in the same transaction.
- It never sells, never provides LP and never reacts to price. Hard limits: slices at least 1 h apart, each at most 10% of the budget, at most 5 SOL a day, at most 3% slippage. Any rule change waits 72 hours.
AI budget: your pals’ AI is paid from the platform’s 15%, never from your coin’s treasury. Over $1M: daily AI budget = min($0.50, $0.10 × (1 + 2·log10(TWAP / $1M))), so $0.10 at $1M and capped at $0.50 from $100M.
Numbers are illustrative. Fees depend on trading volume, which can be zero. Buybacks don’t guarantee any price. Not financial advice.
